1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 248,600,000 won and 6% per annum from March 1, 2015 to October 7, 2015.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions;
(a) Defendant A: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
B. Defendant B and C: Judgment by public notice (Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. Partial rejection of a claim for damages for delay: The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) concerning statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) is promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015; thus, the damages for delay from the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint to the date of full payment shall be limited to 15% per annum
