1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and incidental appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.
2. By an appeal.
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the defendant's counterclaim should be accepted within the scope of each above recognition, and the plaintiff's remainder of the principal lawsuit and the defendant's remainder of the counterclaim should be dismissed as they are without merit.
The judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and all of the plaintiff's appeal and the defendant's incidental appeal are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
