The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

This case is a small case as provided in Article 2(1) of the Trial of Small Claims Act and Article 1-2 of the Rules on Trial of Small Claims. Since the contents asserted by the Defendants as grounds of appeal do not fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act, it cannot be a legitimate ground of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
