If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

1. On March 13, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.135% at around 21:12, the Defendant driven a Category C rocketing car in the section of about 10km from the front day of the mutual influence in the Yangdong market in Gwangju Seo-gu to the road front day of the Seoul East-gu Symbane Disease Control Station.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On March 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol on March 21:12, 2014, and led to the driving of the road in front of the Seoul East-dong Army Disease Control Inspection Station in Gwangju-gu from the school dong to the direction of the chemical.

At the time, there is a night and a place where the center line of the yellow-ray is installed, so a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the front line and to safely operate the wheel line.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant, while neglecting this, was able to see the part of the victim D (the 48 years of age) who followed the center line by two-lanes of the two-lanes of the vehicle driven by the victim D (the 48 years of age), followed by the top top door of the vehicle driven by the rocketing and the above part was sweld by the top door of the vehicle driven by the victim F (the 60 years of age) who continued to drive the said vehicle. The front part of the vehicle driven by the victim FF (the 60 years of age) was able to take the front part of the vehicle driven by the said rocketing and other vehicles.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, the injury to the victim D, such as salt panions requiring a treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim F, such as the innate salt panions requiring a treatment for about two weeks, and the victim H(35 years of age) who was on board the said low-est car with approximately two weeks of age, respectively.
