As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Part-Time 3 Grounds for Appeal by Publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, it is recognized that only 15% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the part in excess shall be dismissed.
