1. Regarding each lease agreement listed in the separate sheet, the plaintiffs' obligation to return unjust enrichment to the defendants.

Reasons

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the overall purport of the pleadings as to Gap evidence No. 1-2, Gap evidence No. 2, Gap evidence No. 4, Gap evidence No. 7, Eul evidence No. 1, Eul evidence No. 5-1.

A. The relationship between the parties (i.e., Plaintiff B and Plaintiff C are married, and Plaintiff A is the mother of Plaintiff B and the mother of Plaintiff C with interest.

D. Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) is a corporation with the objective of selling health food, etc., and Defendant E is a representative as an internal director of the Defendant Co., Ltd.

나. 원고들과 피고 회사 사이의 임대차계약 관계 ⑴ 원고 B, C과 피고 회사 사이의 2016. 3. 24. 자 임대차계약 ㈎ 원고 B, C을 대리한 원고 A는 2016. 3. 24. 피고 회사와 사이에 별지 목록 제 1 항 기재 임대차 목적물에 관하여 임대차 보증금을 200,000,000원, 연 임대료를 100,000,000원, 임대차기간을 2016. 1. 1.부터 2023. 10. 3.까지로 하는 임대차계약( 이하 ‘ 이 사건 제 1 임대차계약’ 이라 한다) 을 체결하였다.

㈏ 이 사건 제 1 임대차계약의 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.

3. The lessee shall pay to the lessor 10,000,000 won per year for the first time during the six months from March 31, 2016 each month, and shall pay to the lessor 40,000,000 won in a lump sum in the following month, and each year from the following year;

5. Special agreement;

A. After receiving the actual delivery of the instant building from the lessor, the lessee cannot claim against the lessor for any reason or for any reason as to the total cost of the interior facilities when the lease period expires or the contract is terminated in the course of occupying and using the interior facilities.

A lessee may not request the lessor to pay beneficial expenses, preservation expenses, premiums for premium, etc.
