A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.

At around 22:21 on December 30, 2014, the Defendants’ co-principaled Defendants: (a) in the E cafeteria operated by the victim D(49 years of age) located in C; (b) prior to that, the Defendants expressed the victim’s complaint against the victim, who raised the Defendant’s daily movement on the front of the restaurant, by delivering the Defendant’s daily movement on the restaurant; (c) the victim expressed the victim’s complaint with a large voice called “Chewing flas, rings, president, and president”; and (d) the Defendant B expressed the victim’s son of the victim’s f with a large sound “the same bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of 20 minutes of x of son of the victim

At around 22:40 on December 30, 2014, Defendant A, in front of G main points located in C, Defendant A, who was urged the victim I to return home from the victim I, a police officer belonging to the H District Unit in the G District Police Station, who was called out after receiving a report related to 112, and was viewed by the victim, and the victim, who was passing through the scene, was sexually insultd by the victim, such as whether the police officer performed his/her duties, whether he/she would have done so, whether he/she would have done so, or not he/she erred in what he/she is.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the police officer's 112 reporting processing and arrest of flagrant offenders.
