Basic Facts
The council of occupants' representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "council of occupants' representatives") is an autonomous management body comprised of representatives of occupants for the management of C 23 units, Dong 23 units, Dong 23, Dong 23 (hereinafter referred to as "the building of this case"), which is an aggregate building of the D-based multi-family housing in Young-

Each of the designated parties stated in the list of the designated parties and the list of household repair costs included in the list of the designated parties’ lists and the list of household repair costs shall be the sectional owners who purchased each of the units of the instant building from new DNA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “new DNA”).
The Plaintiff (Appointed Parties) is selected as the party to the instant lawsuit from the aforementioned Appointeds.
In addition to the plaintiffs (Appointeds) and the designated parties, the "Plaintiff-sellers" is the joint executor of the new construction and sale of the building in this case, and the three-type construction company (hereinafter "Setype construction") is the joint executor of the building in this case and the joint executor of the building in this case.
The defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (the "Defendant Guarantee Corporation", including Korea Housing and Housing Guarantee Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Housing and Housing Guarantee Corporation") is a corporation with the purpose of selling guarantee of the housing constructed and supplied by a project proprietor in accordance with the Housing Act, the construction of housing units, the repair of defects, and the repair of defects in the housing units to implement the above guarantee, which entered into a housing sale guarantee contract for the building in this case with Sejong Construction and New Eddis.
Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd”) is a guarantor who has entered into a warranty contract for the building of this case with Sejong Construction Co., Ltd.
The Defendant Guarantee Corporation, when entering into a housing sale guarantee contract and performing the sale of buildings in this case, shall pay the guaranteed amount with respect to the new construction and sale of the buildings in this case executed by the Shinsung, Sejong, and Sejong Construction on October 17, 2006. < Amended by Act No. 34,912, Oct. 17, 2006>
