A. On March 12, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to set the principal amount of CNC Line to KRW 180 million, the lease period of KRW 36 months, and the lease fee of KRW 30,219,065, and the lease agreement was terminated on January 23, 2015 due to the Defendant’s delinquency in payment of the lease fee.

B. Lease fees, etc. that the Defendant did not pay are KRW 113,027,085 as of January 23, 2015, and the overdue interest rate stipulated in the lease agreement is 25% per annum. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 113,027,085 as well as damages for delay.
