When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On September 2013, the Defendant: (a) indicated that “this detention million won shall be registered in the name of C in the name of C and, if necessary, the amount shall be paid by C”; (b) stated the date of preparation as “C”; and (c) written as “D and E” and written as “D and E” and written as “D and E”, and affixed their seals on the name of C, D and E, respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of loan in the name of C, D, and E, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. At the same time and time as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) stated the content as “C” using a computer network program in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-si; (b) stated the content as “C” to the effect that “If the Defendant so requests, the Defendant will undertake the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant, as it is in fact owned by C, since the F. 292 square meters and buildings on the ground are located in Jeju-do, Jeju-do, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, but is owned by the Defendant; and (c) stated each book as “C” and affixed his seal on the name of C.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged a letter of performance under C for the purpose of exercising the right.

C. At the same time and time as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) stated the content as “the Lao million won borrowed at the time of purchase of G land at the time of Jeju, the interest rate shall be 2% per annum; and (b) stated the borrower as “C”; (c) the guarantor as “H,” and the guarantor as “H,” respectively, at the time of the request of the creditor; and (d) affixed his/her seal on the name next to the name of C and H, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant has come under the name of C and H, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.
