A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. On April 29, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) operated a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 50 km from the 3326 km-ro, Cheongcheon-gun, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, Mancheon-si, 3326, to the 17th road, which is located in the Gun, where it first started, via a road in front of the 17th city-si, Dong-si, Cheongnam-gun, Cheongcheon-gun, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, and operated the said a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on a total of six occasions from that to May 16, 2015, as in the list of crimes attached hereto.
2. On May 22, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (after-accidents), while driving the said road in front of the “D” as set forth in paragraph (1) at the Government-Si of the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, on May 10, 2015, the Defendant escaped without stopping the vehicle, even though taking any measures such as aiding and abetting the front gate of the FM car owned by the E, on the ground that there was a traffic accident that shocks on the left upper part of the Defendant’s driving vehicle, and damaging the said part of the FM car, which was damaged by the damage to the Defendant’s driving vehicle.
[2015 Highest 4197] On October 8, 2015, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd without obtaining a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol leveling about 0.157% from the portion of about 5km to the day before a mutually influent restaurant located in the Gyeonggi-si in the same city-Eup from the day before a mutually influent restaurant to the day after the same Si-Eup.
