(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. In this case, the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2003Da358107 Decided February 2, 208, Paragraph 3 of Article 208 of the Civil Procedure Act is a lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
