The Defendant mainly joined insurance products that guarantee daily allowances for hospitalization in a short period of time, and attempted to acquire insurance money by applying for the daily allowances for hospitalization of an insurance company after undergoing hospitalized treatment, although there is no need for hospitalized treatment because of the fact that the accident was caused or the symptoms were not serious.

From November 11, 2010 to November 12, 2010, the Defendant primarily subscribed to 16 insurance products of 11 insurance companies. At the time, the Defendant did not have any specific income but did not have any specific property. However, the monthly insurance amount to be paid was KRW 1,00,000,000, and the insured did not properly notify the other insurance company as to whether to purchase insurance. However, the Defendant subscribed to the insurance without properly notifying it.

However, the facts are sufficient for the defendant to treat the patient only because of the lack of symptoms.

Nevertheless, on December 3, 2010, the Defendant submitted relevant documents, such as a written confirmation of hospitalization and discharge, as if he/she had been actually hospitalized treatment to the victim Eastern Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., and filed an application for insurance proceeds, such as daily admission allowances, and filed an application for insurance proceeds on December 10, 2010 from the above victim insurance company, received KRW 2,25,450 in total from the victim insurance companies on nine occasions in total in relation to hospitalization of the above D Hospital, as stated in paragraphs 1 through 9 of the attached crime sight table, such as receiving KRW 240,00 from the above victim insurance company.

In addition, the Defendant received total of KRW 111,441,735 from the victim insurance companies in total on 205 occasions from December 3, 2010 to November 8, 201, in total, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.
