1. The defendant has to the plaintiffs each relevant money stated in the separate sheet for calculation of retirement allowances in the attached sheet and each of them.
1. Under the Credit Information Use and Protection Act (hereinafter “Credit Information Act”), the Plaintiffs entered into an agency contract or delegation contract (the Plaintiff B entered into the same contract as the document stated in the evidence No. 1) with the Defendant, who is engaged in debt collection and credit investigation business with the permission of the Financial Services Commission, as follows. The Plaintiffs are debt collectors who performed claims management and debt collection business during each service period indicated in the “service period” column of the attached retirement allowance calculation table.
Article 1 (Scope of Contracts of Entrusted Business Agent)
1. Vicarious collection of claims: (1) Investigation into the location of a delegated debtor and his/her property, (2) demand for the repayment of delegated claims (tele, written, visiting, etc.), (3) management of the extinctive prescription of delegated claims; (4) management of the details of business activities (including electronic records) of delegated claims and management of related claims files; (5) Preparation and dispatch of interim reports on the collection of delegated claims and reports on the termination thereof; and
2. Commissioning as an agent (1) Attraction and receipt of credit investigation services, (2) Attraction and receipt of delegation of claims, (3) Attraction and receipt of civil petitions.
1. The defendant company and the plaintiffs have rights and duties as a party to a delegation agency contract under the Civil Act.
2. The plaintiffs confirm that the labor-related laws and regulations, such as the Labor Standards Act, do not have a labor contract in concluding the delegation contract with the defendant company.
Article 3 (Term of Contract and Renewal of Entrusted Business Agent)
1. The contract term of the first agency contract under this delegation shall be 11 months from the date of preparation of the contract.
2. The instant delegation contract is prepared only once, and when the contract term expires, the Plaintiffs did not express their intent to terminate the contract one month prior to the expiration of the contract term and the Defendant Company consented to the renewal of the contract, the new contract will begin.
