1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months;

Punishment of the crime
On December 18, 2013, the Defendant driven CM3 Automobiles from 14:29 on December 18, 2013, and came to proceed from the direction of the training center to the mountain.
Since there is an intersection that operates a yellow on-and-off signal, the driver has a duty of care to check whether there are vehicles crossing by reducing speed or temporarily stopping and driving safely.
