Punishment of the crime
On March 2, 2015, at around 01:15, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.207% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a rocketing car at approximately 100 meters from a restaurant where the trade name in the Doo-dong Park in Daegu-gu is unknown through a restaurant where the trade name in the Doo-dong Park cannot be known to the front day of the alpheroid in the same Dong.
