절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 23, 2020, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 530,700, total market price owned by the victim from October 20, 2020 to December 9, 2020, from around 15:57, a total of 61 times from around 2020 to around 61, a total of 530,70,000, the market price owned by the victim from the victim Korean power station connected to the telegraph station using a cutting machine in advance.
2. On September 11, 2020, the Defendant attempted to cut and steals a 2m powder equivalent to 8,740 square meters at the market price, which is the ownership of the victim’s electric power station located in the telecommunication station located in the city of Busan, around 11:50 on September 11, 202, the Defendant attempted to cut and steal a tamper with the victim’s electric power station located in the city of Busan, using a racker, but did not commit an attempted crime without being discovered to G of the above racker’s station.
