1. Defendant C shall pay Plaintiff A KRW 60,000,000.

Reasons

1. On March 21, 2017, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that: (a) leased the building E No. 60 million won of the building E in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) paid the said security deposit to Defendant C. On October 1, 2015, Plaintiff B leased the building H No. 58 million won from the Defendants of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (c) paid the said security deposit to the Defendants. Since each of the above lease agreements has expired, Plaintiff B demanded the return of the lease deposit by public notice by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
