1. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단흉기등상해) 피고인은 2015. 8. 17. 22:00경 서울 구로구 C 소재 피고인이 근무하는 피해자 D(여, 49세) 운영의 ‘E식당’에서, 애인 치료비가 필요하다고 200만 원을 요구하였다가 거절당하게 되자 위험한 물건인 철제 의자를 들고 피해자의 가슴 부위를 때려 피해자를 바닥에 넘어뜨린 후 손으로 피해자의 머리채를 잡고 발로 피해자의 목 부위를 걷어찼다.

On August 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) was notified by the victim of a report on the grounds under paragraph (2) on August 19, 2015, and threatened the victim with the victim by telephone, “Chewing years, dead, and discarded.” On the same day, the Defendant sticked a cream with a string method of the above restaurant on the same day. Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with the purpose of retaliation against the report of investigation officer in relation to the investigation of his criminal case.
