1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited in this judgment is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where a part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is examined as follows. Thus, this is cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Part 9 of the judgment of the court of first instance was written with the statement or voice of evidence Nos. 1 and 4 written by the voice of No. 9 of the judgment of the court of first instance to the following part: “In short, the voice of No. 1 and 4 alone is insufficient to reverse it.”
