Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
A person who intends to produce or import and sell seeds shall report to the Minister of Food and Agriculture and Food Affairs with relevant seed samples attached thereto.
Nevertheless, the Defendant imported 42 km and 1 km seeds from China without reporting the import and sale of seeds from around July 29, 2015 to February 17, 2016, and sold them to E operating "D Farmwon" in the Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-do, Gyeong-do, Gyeong-do.
