1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 30% per annum from October 21, 2008 to July 14, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on October 20, 2008, lent 2.5% interest per month to the Defendant and 50 million won per due date as of January 19, 2009, but did not repay this. As such, the Plaintiff’s claim for interest within the scope of the limitation of the said principal and the Interest Limitation Act.
