1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 5,958,904 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 4, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, has the claim KRW 55,958,904 against B based on the judgment in the Seoul Eastern District Court Decision 2016Kadan8009. The Plaintiff received the seizure and collection order as Seoul East Eastern District Court 2017TTT3021 as to the above claim amount among the 1/2 of the balance obtained by deducting the tax due and public charges from the salary and the final payment allowances to the Defendant, and the Defendant received the seizure and collection order as to the above claim amount, and the Defendant did not repay the claim. 2. The Defendant did not repay the claim (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
