A, B, and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months, by imprisonment for 6 months, by Defendant D, G, and H, and by imprisonment for 4 months, respectively.

A, B, upon receiving the direction from J to capture, Defendant C, as the captain of the Haan-gun's shipping line, and Defendant D, E, F, and G, as crew members of the above K, agreed to capture the minke in line. Defendant H provided the said L to M as the actual owner of the air-going shipping line of the old Yanpopopopoly, and N andO agreed to transport the said L as crew members of the said L with the said L and to transport the illegally captured wn.

No one shall capture, gather or cultivate marine animals or plants by any means other than those of fisheries under the Act on Fisheries or the Management of Fishery Resources, and no one shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources illegally captured and collected or products thereof.

1. On June 28, 2017, Defendants C, D’s criminal act, and Defendants A, E, and F, under the direction from K’s owner, to capture minc string, around 05:00 on June 28, 2017, Defendants C and C were the captain of the Defendant to K at the port of the defense force in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, U.S., the captain of the Defendant; Defendant C, Defendant D, E, and F were on board with their crew members, and minc 1 miles at the sea at the same sea, discovered minc string, which is a fishing gear prohibited in advance held by Defendant C; followed minc cing the rest of the Defendants by drawing up them to K.

As a result, the Defendants captured marine animals and plants in collusion with J by means other than fishing under the Fisheries Act or the Fishery Resources Management Act.

2. On July 19, 2017, Defendants C, D-D-based and Defendants B, and G discovered mincing a mincke line in the south-gu, the owner of the K, from the J on July 19, 2017, under the direction to capture the minc line at a long-term port in the south-gu, both long-term 05:00 on July 19, 2017.
