1. The defendant,
(a) As from January 15, 2014, Plaintiff (Appointed) KRW 6,592,640 and its related thereto:
(b) the selector;
Reasons
1. The plaintiff (appointed party) and the designated parties provided labor under the employment of the defendant who operates the melting and manufacturing industry, etc., but did not receive wages as stated in the purport of the claim from the defendant up to now.
Therefore, the defendant has a duty to pay the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the 14th day from the retirement date to the day after full payment is made.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
