In addition, Defendant C argues that the maximum amount of Defendant C’s limited collateral guarantee against the Plaintiff is 29.4% (=50/170) equivalent to the amount of 5 billion won borrowed from the Plaintiff among the total amount of 17 billion loans from various banks of Defendant A Co., Ltd. (=50/170) and the amount of 4550 million won (i.e., 50/170), and that the amount of repayment of 100 million won deducted on February 25, 2013 is only 350 million won if it is deducted.

However, it is not sufficient to recognize the defendant's respective arguments only with the descriptions of Nos. 1 through 12 and the response of each financial transaction information of Han Bank Co., Ltd., and there is no other proof of the defendant.

Therefore, each defense of the defendant is without merit.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 1.55 billion with interest rate of KRW 1.5 billion and damages for delay at the rate of 25% per annum, which is the interest rate for delayed damage, from February 11, 2015 to the date of full payment.
