1. The Defendant registered the Plaintiff with the Dong Branch of Busan District Court on the “Yansan-gun C Forest Land of 2995 square meters.”

Reasons

1. On April 19, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase the “Yansan-gun C Forest 2995 square meters” of KRW 880,000,000,000,000, and completed the registration of the Dong branch branch of the Busan District Court and the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer which was completed as of April 25, 2017 as of April 25, 2017. As such, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit.
