Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s finding the Defendants guilty of each of the charges of this case (excluding the part not guilty in the original trial) on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is acceptable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on the grounds for the exclusion of illegality under Article 310 of the Criminal Act

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
