1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 as well as the interest rate from June 30, 2003 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The claim indication plaintiff set 22,00,000 won at interest rate of 12.5% per annum (18% per annum for delay compensation) to C on June 25, 2001 and claim for the payment of damages for delay from June 30, 2003 for the reasons that the defendants jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation to return loans of C (the related final judgment: the related final judgment: the Gwangju District Court Branch of Gwangju District Court Decision 2004Kadan909 delivered on February 18, 2005).
