Punishment of the crime
On October 26, 2016, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven B vehicles under the influence of alcohol 0.16% (the result of blood collection) with the distance of about 100 meters from 202 to 220 meters from the bndro of the same Simtan in the same time as the bndro of the same Simtan.
