A shall be punished by a fine of 50,000 won, and a fine of 300,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendant

A is the branch president of the Korean Metal Labor Union Hyundai Heavy Industries C, and Defendant B is the negotiating members of the above C. From April 2014, the Defendants and the members of the above C were in progress before the settlement of the Hyundai Heavy Industries (U.S.)'s industrial accident accident caused by intra-company subcontractor workers in the middle industry in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. from around April 2014, the Defendants were willing to install a tent on the roads prior to the above Jungmun-gu, with the permission of the Defendants around January 12, 2015 for long-term farming.

No one shall construct, rebuild, alter, alter, or remove any structure, article, or other facility without obtaining permission from a road management authority, or occupy and use a road which is public property due to any other reason.

On January 12, 2015, from around 06:00 to around 06:40 of the same day, the Defendants conspired with road management authorities to occupy and use the road and delivery, which is public property, by installing five-person ten-meter (270cm, length 210cm, length 210cm) on the front of the fixed road and India of modern Heavy Industries (U.S.) in front of the due diligence in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.

1. Each on-site photographer asserts that the Defendants temporarily occupied and used the road and the delivery of tents due to weather conditions, etc. However, according to the evidence submitted in this court, the Defendants installed tents on the road for the purpose of propaganda activities, and the police dispatched to the site upon receipt of a report was used to voluntarily remove them on the ground of violation of the Road Act, but the Defendants failed to comply therewith, and the police forced the removal of tents for the purpose of road management.
