Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who has been under control due to drinking driving in 2018.
On June 26, 2019, the Defendant started from 08:50 on 08:50 on Hanam City B, via E elementary schools located in Gwangju City D, and driven approximately 19km to 0.052% of blood alcohol concentration, while driving a Fpoter truck under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.052%.
