[criminal history] On September 9, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. and 2 years of suspended sentence, and on May 27, 2010, the same court was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on December 18, 2012. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Ganju District Court’s branch branch, and on July 11, 2018, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Ganpo prison on July 11, 2018.
[Criminal facts]
1. On September 11, 2018, the Defendant parked a D food-making car in front of the victim C house located in Jindo-gun B located in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun on September 11, 2018, and then invaded into the warehouse through the victim’s house, and loaded approximately KRW 1,00,000 in the market price, which is the victim’s possession.
2. On September 28, 2018, around 02:10 on September 28, 2018, the Defendant parked the car as set forth in paragraph 1 in front of the victim F’s house located in Jindo-gun E, Jindo-gun, and then intruded into the warehouse through the victim’s home house, and moved approximately KRW 2,00,000 of the market price of the victim’s own possession.
3. On October 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on the grain warehouse leased by the victim H located in Jindo-gun G, Jindo-do; (b) opened unresh glass windows in his/her hand and intrudes into the warehouse, and left the area of the victim’s market value of KRW 4,340,000, and parked the area of approximately 620,000 at the entrance of the damaged person’s warehouse at the entrance of the damaged person’s warehouse on seven occasions.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
