A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months for the crimes of No. 2 and No. 3 as stated in the judgment of the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On August 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Suwon District Court on August 8, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 17, 2016.

1. Around 10:55 on May 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was accommodated with the “Caturel” 201 located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) on the ground that the victim D(62) who is his/her business owner, “the Defendant was fluorily harming the other customers by leaving the Defendant slickly, thereby causing damage to the other customers,” and (c) the Defendant slicked against the Defendant, and slicked the Defendant as if he/she were to demand the return of the said telecomter and demand the refund of the victim; and (d) said, he/she did not comply with the demand.

2. On October 11, 2016, at around 18:27, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s singinging business by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) contesting with the drinking of the victim F in the Gnonogle No. 6, operated by the Government-Si Ma; (b) breaking the beer neck on the floor; (c) breaking the beer’s disease by cutting it up on the floor; (d) hing the microsing the microsing; (b) H, his employee, entered the said sixfold; and (c) h entering the said knife with the knife with the knife; and (d) h h h h sing with the inside; and (e) h h h h h h h sing with the inside; and (c) h h h h h sing.
