A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 27, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on September 25, 2008. On April 8, 2016, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year of imprisonment for larceny, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan Prison on October 6, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. The Defendant committed the crime of May 30, 2017: (a) around 02:40 on May 30, 2017, with one cellular phone equivalent to KRW 1,100,000, the market price of the victim E-owned on the table table between the Defendant and the victim F, in order to purchase goods for convenience stores located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) around D convenience stores; and (c) cut off with one cellular phone equivalent to KRW 1,100,000, at the market price of the victim E-owned on the table table; and (d) one cell phone equivalent to KRW 1,00,000, the market price of the victim F owned by the victim.
2. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a potential victim’s hnebage in front of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on July 27, 2017; (b) accessed the victim’s hnebage and approaching the victim; and (c) cut down a hneb in an amount equivalent to KRW 150,00,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was the victim’s hneb; and (d) cut down the galthm in cash, KRW 70,00,000, the market price of KRW 990,000, and KRW 20,000, market price of the mobile phone hnebage in KRW 70,000,000; (c) discovered the victim’s hnebage in front of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 29, 2017; and (d) removed the victim’s halthm.
L. A. L. theft was committed.
On the same day, the Defendant continued to turn back to the same place on the same day, and set up the victim immediately, and then 50,500,000 won, 400,000 won, the victim’s right of 10,000 won, the victim’s right of 10,000 won, and 40,000 won, each of which is the victim’s right of 10,00 won.
