On July 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) in order to support the Jinju District Court on March 09, 201, a fine of three million won for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) in the support of the Chungcheong District Court on February 06, 201, and on June 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of six months for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) and one year for a suspended sentence on July 24, 2015 and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on July 24, 2015.

1. On October 23, 2015, the Defendant was in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from hazardous driving) and the Road Traffic Act, and the Defendant was in violation of the Road Traffic Act at a speed of 60 km/h/h in the direction of the special vacant line at the entrance of the airport at the entrance of the airport, driving CK 5 while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.112% at the front of the road at the 3rd stage of the Young-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City at the 375 public domain. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27804, Oct. 23, 2015>

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the Defendant, while driving a stroke in a situation where it is difficult to drive a vehicle due to influence of drinking, was at latest due to construction; and (b) tried to reduce the speed; (c) however, it was difficult to reduce the speed; (d) on the front of the vehicle, the victim’s bridge part, etc. was faced with the head in front of the right side of the vehicle driving; and (e) continued to go beyond the ground by the victim on the front side of the vehicle driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant is in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking.
