A. The Plaintiff is a Korean SC Bank (hereinafter “SC Bank”), Inc.

The term "credit guarantee agreement" is "the credit guarantee agreement between "B and B" on October 31, 2014 that provides a credit guarantee principal 270,000,000,000, and the credit guarantee period from October 31, 2014 to October 30, 2015 that provides a joint and several guarantee for a debt owed to SC Bank by setting the credit guarantee principal between B and B.

(2) At the time of the conclusion of the credit guarantee agreement of this case, the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant’s liability for indemnity against the Plaintiff under the credit guarantee agreement of this case. (B) At the time of the conclusion of the credit guarantee agreement of this case, when the Plaintiff fulfilled the credit guarantee obligation of this case, B and the Defendant agreed to pay the amount of performance of the guaranteed obligation and the amount of damages calculated by multiplying the amount of performance of the guaranteed obligation by the rate set by the Plaintiff from the date of repayment of the guaranteed obligation until the date of repayment of the guaranteed obligation, expenses incurred in the preservation, transfer and exercise of the right acquired through the performance of the guaranteed obligation, unpaid guarantee fees, delayed guarantee fees, penalty, etc. (C). B submitted a credit guarantee agreement of this case on October 31, 204 under the credit guarantee agreement of this case and borrowed KRW 300,000,000 from the SC Bank. The Plaintiff was 270,267,041 won to the SC Bank on October 30, 2015, 2007.

2. According to the above facts, the defendant, as a joint and several surety under the credit guarantee agreement of this case, is the amount of KRW 150,306,493 in total = 270,267,041 in subrogation = 120,00,00 in total.
