2. The judgment of the court below acknowledged the facts of the crime, and the defendant seems to have suffered an injury due to the victim's act at the time of the instant case. However, it is recognized that the degree of injury suffered by the victim is not easy and not agreed with the victim, and there are no special circumstances or changes in circumstances that may be considered in sentencing after the decision of the court below was rendered, and in light of other various circumstances that are conditions for sentencing as recorded in the records, such as the defendant's age, sex and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime was committed, the defendant's assertion is groundless.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
