A and Defendant C entered into an insurance policy by taking advantage of the fact that fees of 390% to 720% of monthly insurance premiums are paid to the recruiters according to the maturity of monthly insurance premiums and insurance products if the validity of the insurance contract is maintained between 2-3 months after entering into an insurance contract by inviting the insurance contractor E and the customers, which is the hub for soliciting policyholders, the Defendants subscribed to receive the payment of the premium.

On February 7, 2014, the Defendants, at the victim G G insurance agency operated by Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, paid insurance premiums of 2-3 months with KRW 100,000 as well as KRW 100,000 if they subscribed to insurance. The Defendants, who continued to maintain the insurance contract for 2-3 months and terminated it, demanded the above H to subscribe to life insurance with KRW 97,580, monthly insurance premium for 97,580, and demanded the above victim to pay allowances by suggesting that the insurance contract entered into under the above name will remain effective.

However, in fact, the H’s insurance contract concluded under the above was not actually concluded with the intent to buy the insurance, but was concluded when H received KRW 100,000 from the Defendants and met only the requirements for payment of allowances, so it was not a genuine insurance contract.

Nevertheless, in collusion with the above E, the Defendants received 100,047,454 won as an allowance for 102 insurance policies concluded from February 7, 2014 to May 19, 2014 by deceiving the victim as above and deceiving the victim from the victim from the victim.
