1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,890,587 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 26, 2014 to the day of full payment.
According to the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff in this case, it can be acknowledged that the Plaintiff, who runs a sales business of V or part in the trade name of B, supplied goods of KRW 32,890,587 to the Defendant from July 14, 2014 to October 14, 2014.
The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from November 26, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the day of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
