1. On August 30, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he/she visited the Internet site NAB car page at the above Defendant’s residence, and reported the purchase of heavy mobile phones posted by the victim C, and received the mobile phone price from the victim, and then delivered it to the victim via a door-to-door.

However, even if we receive money, there was no intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 40,000 won from the NongHyup account (D) under the name of the Defendant, thereby deceiving the victim.

2. On November 4, 2011, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Internet website B car page at the Defendant’s residence; (b) reported the purchase of heavy mobile phones posted by the victim E; and (c) received the mobile phone price from the victim, and then sent the mobile phone to a door-to-door line after receiving the mobile phone price.

However, even if we receive money, there was no intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 35,000 won from the NongHyup account (D) under the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by fraud.

3. On November 14, 201, the Defendant entered the Internet site NAB car page at the above Defendant’s residence, and falsely told the victim to the effect that “I will receive the Defendant’s mobile phone payment from the victim by contact with NAV page, etc. after receiving the Defendant’s mobile phone payment from the victim.”

However, even if we receive money, there was no intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 20,000 won from the NongHyup account (D) under the name of the Defendant, thereby deceiving the victim.
