Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
[2016 Height 1104] No person shall arrange, solicit, induce, or compel commercial sex acts, or provide a place for commercial sex acts for business purposes.
The Defendant: (a) operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name “C” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B building 702; (b) instructed a male guest to receive KRW 110,000 in cash from “C” on March 15, 2016, and (c) directed a female employee D (D, 48 years old) of Chinese nationality to a mix Sea, and arranged a sexual relationship to enter into the room; and (c) promised to assign KRW 50,000,000 out of the price to D.
Ultimately, the Defendant committed such acts as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes as above.
[2016 Height 1246] No person shall arrange, solicit, induce, or compel commercial sex acts, or provide a place to engage in commercial sex acts for business purposes.
Defendant 1: (a) operated commercial sex acts in the name of “F” in the name of “F” in 506-1 of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E-dong building 506-1; and (b) around March 28, 2016, the Defendant 2: (c) installed each beds in eight rooms; (d) employed female members of commercial sex acts; and (e) allowed them to interfere with the situation (i.e., reduction of the sexual organ of male customers and round up to the top-down movement; and (e) received 50,000 won from sexual customers as the price for commercial sex acts, and paid half of them to G.
Accordingly, on March 31, 2016, the defendant received 80,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from the control police officer around March 21, 2016 and gave two guidance so that he can disrupt the same with the above G.
As a result, the defendant provided places of sexual traffic for business purposes, and arranged sexual traffic.
