Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On August 24, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant requested Mart to exchange KRW 200,000,000 to Mart employees within “Dart” managed by the Victim C in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and requested Mart employees to exchange KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, changed from Mart employees into KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000.
Accordingly, the defendant tried to acquire 45,000 won and did not achieve his intention but did not commit an attempted crime.
