A. On February 28, 1991, the Defendant established the E University (hereinafter “E”) and since 2006, the Selection F (hereinafter “F”) served as the Eth president. Since the establishment of G school juristic persons on June 20, 197, the Defendant established 7 school juristic persons, and established 8 private schools, Eth, etc. under its jurisdiction. On an external basis, the Defendant, even though there is no position in each school juristic person or its affiliated school, was placed in the position of each school juristic person or its affiliated school, and practically operated each private school, including Eth, by exercising absolute influence.

B. The Plaintiff (designated parties, hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) and the designated parties indicated in the separate sheet of the designated parties are those who work for E as professors.

(hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff, etc.”) in combination with the remaining designated parties and the Plaintiff, other than F.

The Defendant received a secured loan or a loan from the Korea Teachers Pension Corporation (hereinafter “private school pension”) in the name of the professor affiliated with the Eth unit, from the Korea Teachers Pension Corporation under the name of the president, and ordered him/her to pay the loan, and the F demanded the Plaintiff, etc. to receive the loan in the name of the Plaintiff, etc. by delivering the above instructions to the Plaintiff, etc.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff et al. received a loan from a private school pension or a general bank as listed below, and deposited or withdrawn the above loan in the name of F, etc. and delivered it to F. The F paid the above money to the Defendant or deposited it into the place designated by the Defendant.

Loans secured by private school pension loans (H) 02(H) 2006-10-17,600,000 of the type of loans (the plaintiff and the selected party) for the type of loans (units): 01 (the plaintiff and the selected party) 2006-10,700,000 private school pension loans 03(I) 2007-05-05-11,700,000.
