1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,261,627 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 21, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(The portion of interest in arrears shall be changed to "payment of 15% interest per annum from the next day of service of the copy of the complaint to the day of full payment"
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
