Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B, as an employee of the so-called “singishing,” Defendant B was responsible for inducing a third party to remit money from the victim to the third party by making a false statement by deceiving an unspecified number of unspecified victims and misrepresenting the inspection. The Defendant, upon receiving the instructions from the third party, ordered the third party to deliver the money so remitted to the singishing organization after receiving the said money from the third party.
On August 30, 2017, the name influor was used for the crime after the opening of a passbook in the name of the party and the opening of a passbook in the name of the party was used for the crime.
If the head of the Tong withdraws all the money in the passbook to be confirmed through the Financial Supervisory Service, and transfers it to the account, he/she will return it after confirmation.
“Along on August 30, 2017, F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. 32,00,000 won to the G account in the name of the victim E. F. F. F. F. F. F., upon receipt of the order of a person who was not entitled to his/her name, withdrawn from the public finance center in the Republic of Korea of Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and deliver it to the Defendant. The Defendant, upon receipt of the order of the person who was not entitled to his/her name, remitted the remainder of KRW 31,70,000,000, excluding the remainder of KRW 300,000,000 for double remuneration.
The Defendant, including that, until September 1, 2017, conspiredd with the person who was not the victim of his name and received a total of KRW 225,590,000 by deceiving the victims by the same means as the list of crimes in attached Form 20 times.
2. Defendant A had a mind to succeed to B’s role as the friendship of Defendant B.
A. On September 6, 2017, the person in whose name the victim was not the victim himself/herself was the victim of the crime of Bosing and hiding the money.
