1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: A claim for return of a loan that the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant KRW 100,000,000 on November 6, 2013, and KRW 50,000 on January 10, 2014, respectively, on the ground that the Plaintiff respectively lent KRW 100,000 to the Defendant.
