Reasons
The grounds for appeal by the defendant are identical to the allegations in the first instance court, and the fact-finding and decision of the first instance court are justified even if each evidence submitted to the first instance court is presented to this court.
The reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420.
The first instance judgment is justifiable, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed.
