1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.
The defendants are 62,616,777 won to each plaintiff and they are related thereto.
Basic Facts
당사자들의 관계 원고는 안면비대칭, 주걱턱 등의 증상으로 2010. 10.경부터 2011. 2.경까지 피고 C이 운영하는 서울 강남구 D 소재 E병원(이하 ‘피고 병원’이라 한다)에서 피고 병원에 근무하던 피고 B로부터 2차에 걸쳐 아래 수술 등을 시술받았다.
On October 4, 2010, the Plaintiff at the Defendant Hospital complained of symptoms, such as the Myeong-to-face name, chin chin, left chin chin chin (LMJ. TMJ: TMJ: TMJ) sound, etc. at the Defendant Hospital.
From around 09:45 to 13:15 on October 16, 2010, the Plaintiff was released from the Defendant Hospital on October 19, 2010 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “first operation”), from the Defendant Hospital, the Plaintiff was discharged from the Defendant Hospital on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant Hospital performed a poppy surgery (Le-e-copt I and SSSO (hereinafter referred to as the “hoppy surgery”); (b) the e-coppymty; (c) the e-copsismty; (d) the e-copgoma (hereinafter referred to as the “Zgoma”), and (e) the Defendant Hospital on October 19, 2010.
On November 15, 2010, after the first operation of the instant case, the Plaintiff appealed to the Defendant Hospital for the symptoms of “inception, unsatisfyed,” and Defendant B started correctional treatment with the following three-month period: “Inception to determine the exact appearance in the state where the additional description of the first operation of the instant case remains,” and the Plaintiff started correctional treatment. As such, after the first operation of the instant case, the Plaintiff had a satch name after the first operation, and there were symptoms, such as the satch name, the satchosis, the water surface and respiratory disorder, the satisfy, the satisfying sat, the satisfy sat, the sat angle or satisfy disorder, etc.
On December 27, 2010, the Plaintiff complained of the Defendant Hospital that “I have a sacrine name and a fixed pinine only on the left side,” and the Defendant B may take into account re-operation if I wish to improve the sacrine, and may resolve the problem of the sacrine and fixed pin by re-operation.
