1. As to KRW 128,838,102 and KRW 3,200,973 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from January 13, 2018 to June 5, 2018.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is a company that operates a financial product brokerage and sales business, and the plaintiff was a director at the defendant company.

The above parties undertake to enter into the following labor contracts with their mutual free will and to faithfully perform them in accordance with the good faith principle:

Article 2 [Scope of Services]

1. The Plaintiff shall faithfully perform the following duties, unless there is a separate agreement or no agreement:

Business as a representative of the defendant's domestic and foreign legal affairs;

B. The defendant's overall management and administration;

C. Defendant’s business marketing business

(d) Article 3 [Assignment and Remuneration] incidental to the Defendant’s ordinary management and management activities.

1. The plaintiff agrees to take charge of, and faithfully perform, the following duties in carrying out the work under this contract:

3.The payment of the agreed remuneration under the preceding paragraph shall be made in accordance with the following procedures:

Monthly salary: 1/12 of the basic salary shall be paid on the 20th of each month.

1. This Agreement is from March 23, 2015 to March 19, 2016.

2. When both parties extend the contract, they shall be notified of their intent not later than 30 days before the contract is terminated, and either party shall agree on the extension of the contract or one party shall agree on it.
